This building was renovated to become the new home of the City of Los Angeles Bureau of Engineering and several other City of Los Angeles agencies. The project was completed ahead of schedule and $14M under its established budget.
DACM also managed tenant improvements and general renovations at Los Angeles City Hall East. This project was initially budgeted at $66 million. As the result of judicious planning and value engineering, the final cost was $52 million.
