Today, we have participated in domestic and international construction projects totaling over $3 billion. Our services include program management, construction management, planning, cost control, estimating, scheduling, value engineering, contract administration, transition planning, claims management, expert witness testimony, document control and constructability reviews.
DACM Project Management has offices in North Hollywood, San Francisco and San Diego, California, as well as Miami and Boca Raton, Florida. Through these locations, we have proactively managed construction projects throughout the United States and abroad.
