USMC Pasadena Armory & Vehicle Maintenance Facility
This 19th century facility required extensive modernization to comply with the mission of the infantry and vehicle maintenance units. Relocation of command and administrative offices from the principle building of the military complex to the rear adjoining facility required upgrade of the existing campus infrastructure.
DACM Project Management performed lump sum bidding services for Energy Services Contractors on this project, as well as research of anti-personnel penetration monitoring device specifications and installation.
